(A) Oil Service with Safety Check

Engine Compartment

* Change engine oil and renew filter element
* Reset Service Indicator

Air conditioning system

* Renew microfilter / activated charcoal filter *

Brakes

* Brake Discs / Pads: Check overall thickness condition & surfaces with a measuring gauge *
* Parking Brake: Check lever travel, adjust according to directive if necessary *
* Alloy wheels: Grease centre hub *

Tyres

* Check tyres and wheels: external condition on both sides, depth of thread condition, tyre pressures (including spare wheel), correct sizes.

Steering

* Check steering: steering box, steering linkage, joint disc, threaded connections, freedom from leaks, tension of power steering V-belt.

Seat belt

* Check seat belts: condition & correct operation.

Fluids

* Check radiator coolant & top up if necessary.
* Check brake reservoir fluid and top up if necessary.

Electrical

* Check lighting system.
* Check instrument & inscription lighting telltale & warning lights.
* Check battery acid level / display (magic eye) and density & top up if necessary.
* Check windscreen wipers & washer: wiper blades & washer jet settings.
* Check warning systems: horn, turn indicators, hazard warning flashers, brake lights, headlight flasher, rear fog light, alarm system.

Parts & Materials Replacement

* Fully synthetic engine oil
* Oil Filter
* Microfilter/activated charcoal filter *

FREE! Yeah. The car was shivering when moving off after starting. Parked under the hot sun for quite a few weeks, I guess it started to evaporate and thin the engine oil. Then came the battery indicator... Frightening...

But now all is well, and he's slick and suave all over again.. minus some birdshit from yesterday.... #@$*#@&$%#&%#
