Our Place, Before, During and After
Before
We submitted bids for the October 2009 Sale of Balance Flats exercise from HDB and in January invited to select a flat. 14 flats available, we were at queue 23. Before that we went around to shortlist the available ones but alas, it was a roller coaster ride when the flats were booked by others before our turn came. Being kiasu Singaporeans, we went to HDB early on Saturday morning, more than an hour before our allocated appointment time, having decided on the unit you will see in pictures to follow.
